My vacation is approaching quickly. Is there enough time to receive our shirts?

In most cases, orders are processed and shipped according to the following timelines:

  • Standard personalized shirts: ship within 5–10 business days
  • Custom designed shirts (after customer proof approval): ship within 3–5 business days

All products are made to order, and production time applies to all shipping methods, including expedited shipping.

Orders are shipped from Vietnam or the United States via USPS or UPS.
If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping options may be selected at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for customer errors, including spelling, sizing, or design choices provided at checkout.

Please carefully review all personalization details and sizing information before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible only if production has not yet begun.

Are your shirts pre-shrunk? Do they run true to size?

Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements for each product style.

While we strive to provide consistent sizing, we cannot guarantee that garments will not shrink due to washing or drying methods. To help minimize shrinkage, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying.

Minor size variations or changes after washing are not considered manufacturing defects.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping to many destinations worldwide, subject to local customs regulations.

Yes. We offer toddler sized shirts and baby onesies for select designs.
