1. Overview

All products sold on Nguyen Thi Thuy Van (flowersrainbow.com) are custom made and personalized upon customer request, based on the specifications, names, designs, or details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect spelling or text provided by the customer
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Design details approved by the customer at checkout

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all personalization details and sizing information before placing an order.

If you notice an error in your order immediately after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or call +84 (977) 736-8122. We will make reasonable efforts to update the order before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.


2. Defective or Production Error Items

If your item arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • A damaged condition during production
  • A design error caused by our production process

Please notify us within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition to qualify.


3. Refund Eligibility & Processing

  • Refunds are only issued for verified production defects or errors caused by us
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Once your request is approved, refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.


4. Non Refundable Items

The following items are non refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products approved by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Orders with errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect due to production error

Exchanges are limited to the same item and same design.

To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] before returning any item.


6. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to production defects:

  • Customers may be required to return the item for inspection
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated

Shipping fees are non refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:
