1. Order Processing Time

All products on Nguyen Thi Thuy Van (flowersrainbow.com) are custom made and personalized upon customer request.

After payment is successfully completed, orders require 3–5 business days for production and quality verification before shipment.

  • Processing days: Monday – Friday
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping Cost: USD $5.95

Express Shipping

  • Production Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Cost: USD $19.00

📌 Free Express Shipping is available for domestic orders over USD $299.


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Some customized items may be produced and shipped from different production facilities
  • In such cases, items may arrive in separate packages at different times

4. Delivery Estimates & Delays

We make every reasonable effort to process and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons, promotional events, or public holidays
  • Carrier capacity limitations or transportation disruptions
  • Public health emergencies, including epidemics or pandemics
  • Government regulations, border controls, or temporary logistics restrictions
  • Customs inspections, clearance delays, or import processing requirements
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather, or unforeseen operational disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside of our direct control once an order has been dispatched.

Customers acknowledge and agree that delivery delays resulting from the above factors do not constitute grounds for automatic cancellation, refund, or chargeback, provided that the order has been properly processed and shipped in accordance with our policies.


5. Shipping Issues & Claims

If you experience any of the following issues:

  • Order marked as delivered but not received
  • Tracking shows no movement for an extended period
  • Package appears lost or delayed beyond reasonable transit time

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or with visible defects related to production or transit, please notify us promptly so we may review and assist in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.


9. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

For international orders, all applicable import taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to local customs authorities before delivery.
